A digital wedding guest book

A QR code on the tables, and your guests leave a message, a photo of the evening or a voice note from their phone, with no app to install. Absent friends can take part too, and you discover everything after the party.

Why a digital guest book

  • Guests take part from their table

A QR code on the tables or on the seating plan: everyone leaves a message, a photo of the evening or a voice note, without leaving the party.

  • Absent friends too

Family abroad or friends who could not come take part before or after the big day, from the same link.

  • A memory that does not get lost

No paper book forgotten in a box: everything is gathered in one place, and the PDF booklet lets you print it.

How to organise it, step by step

  1. Step 1Create the booklet before the weddingTitle (“Camille & Hugo”), reveal date (the next day, or when you are back from the honeymoon) and, if you like, some background music.
  2. Step 2Place the QR codePrint the poster with the QR code for the tables, the guest book or the photo booth. The link can also go out with the digital invitation.
  3. Step 3Let the guests writeWords, photos of the evening, voice notes, short videos: everyone only sees their own memory, so the surprise stays intact.

Message ideas

To help those who don’t know what to write. Sentence starters are also offered in the form.

  • “My first memory with the two of you is that dinner where you could not take your eyes off each other.”
  • “What I admire most about you is the way you make each other laugh.”
  • “For what comes next, I wish you slow Sundays and great adventures.”
  • “Thank you for bringing us together for such a beautiful day.”
  • “A detail of this wedding I will never forget: the best men’s speech.”
  • “If I had to describe you in three words: close, generous, inseparable.”

How many cards should you plan for?

Plan roughly one card per couple or invited family: 50 cards for an intimate wedding, 100 to 150 for about a hundred guests, 250 for a large wedding. Beyond that, ask for a quote.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests have to download an app?

No. They scan the QR code or open the link in their phone’s browser. No account, no app.

Can we keep the guest book after the wedding?

It stays online for 3 months after it is sent (6 months with the “Online + 3 months” option). To keep it forever, the PDF booklet lays out the words and photos, to print or frame.

Can photos of the evening be added?

Yes: one photo (JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF, 10 MB) or one short 35-second video per card, with a message of up to 600 characters. Everyone can add several cards.
